Energy work from a distance works with the power of vibration and spiritual intent similar to prayer with more focus on a persons energy field. Kateri sends energy and Channels messages to help with emotional and spiritual healing. She receives personal affirmations to help you navigate blocks or struggles. The affirmations are used for several days after your session.
Kateri will call, face time or Zoom at scheduled appointment time and talk with you for 5 to 15 minutes. She’ll ask you some questions about your physical spiritual and emotional health. If you have any set intentions or goals for the session you can set them at this time.
You will need to find a quiet comfortable place to lay or recline back with out any distractions, as if you were going to meditate. If needed you can put on soft music.
Kateri will hang up work on you with intent from a distance on your spirit body for 25-45 minutes for some sensitive people they can sense or feel the work and for others it will be an opportunity to go inward and relax. Kateri will call back and go over what was cleared and perceived delivering messages and affirmations. Please have a pen and paper or a way to record.
Prepare to be with Kateri about 65 to 75 minutes.
